Meditation continues to be practiced around the world for centuries. It is a techiniqe accustomed to quiet the mind and the body, and release stress. Choose a spot or object on that wall, and make that spot or object your focus. Taking a look at your focus, begin counting backwards from 100, one number for every breath you exhale. As you do that, imagine yourself floating, and feeling very relaxed. You will begin to feel your eyelids getting heavy, and may begin to blink. Let your vision slowly close, so that as you continue to count backwards, imagine yourself as limp like a ragdoll, totally relaxed, and floating inside a safe and comfprtable place. Stop counting, and just float inside your space. If any disturbing thoughts should come during your parking space, just allow them to flow out again, and permit you to ultimately continue to feel safe and relaxed. When you’re ready to come out of this self-hypnosis, you may either let yourself get to sleep to rest, or you can count in one to 3 and exit. First, count one, and obtain yourself ready to exit.
